Having some trouble obtaining a letter from VA to provide to my insurance company about a flight cancellation. I have submitted the specified request form on the website 2 months ago, and no response. Have also tried calling numerous times and am transferred around a bit before I give up as nobody seems to be able to help.
Letter needs to confirm the flight cancellation and that I was moved to a flight the next day, and the amount of compensation paid.
Reaching out to see if anybody has had the same dilemma and found a solution somehow? An email address that responded? Appreciate any help!
