Please don't worry,its a know issue and we have sited it recently and our technical team is working on it and will be resolved soon. I've also raised an case for you and the max time for resolution is 5 working days

however still need to see if its only for the woolies in-store or if it applies to the everydaygiftcards too.
could be that the "glitch" happened because they were trying to turnoff the egiftcards - but ended up turning off all woolies products instead?
