That doesn't speak well for how many engaged/active members of the program there are. Especially if you consider many members probably registered multiple family members. Those 35,000 members represent half a percent of all their accounts – 0.005% – and as previously mentioned, probably a little less than that considering multiple registrations.
I would love to see how the numbers compared with a similar QF promotion, but I doubt they'll be so foolish to expose themselves.
I would assume somewhere between 1 in 250 (0.4%) and 1 in 150 (0.66%)

It was the equivalent to 0.5% of members (as you stated in words), not 0.005% of members.

I can 100% assure you that it opened up to all ages
Originally, it asked for date of birth. when that was removed, it was open to everyone.
I didn't see it on FB, website, Twitter, no email.
