I am most surprised you did not want to pay double, wouldn't we all :shock:

You did well - obviously not good business practice to not have you automatically have the cheaper rate. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall while you did the 'dumb' routine.

Now hang on a sec. I spent 10 days camping in the Grampians with nothing but a plastic sheet for protection. No tent, no loos, no showers. Nothing but a shovel. So yes, I deserve glamping.

I hear the glamping experience down at Cape Conran is pretty spectacular.

Hmm, why wouldn't one just get in the car and drive to a motel. Each to his own I guess.

No where did I say no clothes :p That's a given obviously, I was talking amenities.... We had a plastic sheet to hang between two trees in place of a tent.

We used to call that a "Hootchie" ( if my spelling is correct)
