I'm sure this has come up before - but if I cancel an existing booking for a red edeal fare and and take the voucher (also offers me a refund) to use towards another fare and then rebook similar flights will I be earning DSC on the new booking or will it be somehow using the original PNR and thus not be eligible?
Has anyone previously book flights via Amex travel using a travel credit (the ones that come with the yearly card) and received the double status credits?
Thanks DangerYou will be ineligible unfortunately. It's the date of the original booking.
Thanks! Didn’t realise that was an option. I’ll remember it next time. I’m no position to call them as I’m currently up in the air. 2 flights today, won’t get to the hotel til 10pm. #roadwarriorYou may try to do what I did ... as mentioned in post

If a flight operated by Emirates has a QF number on it, does it work?
I registered on their website this morning with my QFF details - it said "you're in" (well words to that effect) but the email confirmation hasn't come through yet - this happened to anyone else?
