Still nothing from Pottery Barn and no response from the query I sent to Qantas via the webform :(

Has anyone had success with Pottery Barn? I've had no problems with DJs...

I'm having a problem (i think??)

I get to the following webpage.. But no matter how long i leave it the loading circle just keeps ticking in circles and i never get redirected. (Same problem for DJ's and Ebay) Should i try another computer to make sure i get the points? As I'm not entirely convinced i have been registered properly...

Made some eBay purchases, never had a problem.

Made some Ebay purchase last month and nothing! Also used Virgin Estore from the same computer and no problem. I need to make $600 of Ebay purchases but worried I won't get any points so may stick to Virgin.

When in November did you make the purchases? It does take 30 days or so for the points to post.

17th. I am aware they take 30 days but no confirmation of purchase email was received like earlier transactions. I got a confirmation email from the Virgin estore for a purchase made the following day so am worried about spending via Qantas mall.

VERY non technical person's suggestion. I have cookie settings in IE such that I allow or dis-allow each one. Sometimes web pages 'hang' like you have described waiting for the cookie accept/decline box to appear. Sometimes the accept/decline box has opened behind the current window, so I'm there waiting for it, but its sitting behind.

if you too have this setting in IE, briefly accepting all cookies automatically may get you through.

Some points have just come through although I'm a little confused. The website is saying that you get 5 points per dollar spent (https://onlinemall.qantaspoints.com/info/81336/15657/apple-store/afsrc=1 ) and I believe there's also meant to be double points until Dec 31st too.
I spent $2049 but today I've just received 4655 points with the description stating "APPLE STORE ". How did they get that figure? It's closes to 2 points per dollar spent, but that's still not accurate.
Should I expect to get a few separate lumps of points?

Are you supposed to get a confirmation on screen or by email about points earned? I received a email from DJ stating order number but not Qantas Mall?

Hi tomo.
no, you just get a generic email with little information saying that the points will arrive in 30 days unless you return/cancel the order.
I got a receipt from the apple store with no mention of qantas mall so don't worry.

This thread has gone a bit quiet.

Some points have now come through for my Apple purchase in November.

Similar situation to PaulST, above. I purchased over $2300 in a single transaction, through Qantas Mall, a month ago @ 5 points per dollar. However, I've received less than 5500 points.

It doesn't add up, whichever way I try to calculate it. Has anyone else had problems?

I see a few people have had success with ebay purchases. Has anyone had success with earning points for, umm, very large purchases? I'm a little surprised that there is no limit on the number of QF points you can earn through ebay. Other than a small number of restrictions (real estate, charity items, business and industrial equipment and gold, gold, silver etc.) it seems to be fair game.

So if I was to buy a toaster for $1000, I'd get 2000 points, yeah?

I bought a $2000 computer through them and got 10,000 points last year.
