Have your say with the QFF CEO over lunch at Rockpool Bar and Grill...

Well. I think I'm switching to Virgin :p



If a lack of an invite to lunch is enough to switch airlines, maybe we can remove the toasted sandwich machine from the DJ lounges and you'll switch back to QF ;)

Hi All

I have sent PM's to those invited to attend the lunch.

A huge thank you to all who entered! Great to see you all so interested in talking to Simon and Steph - unless it was just the chance to have lunch at Rockpool ;)

Sorry we could not have you all attend. We are looking at ways to have Simon and/or Steph address all your questions in some way and post on AFF (Just have to consolidate them a bit as quite a lot of people entered).

Thanks again.

Cheers,
Red Roo

Congratulations to the winners, whoever you are!

I am sure you will have a great lunch!!

I do like PM's, specially when they come from Red Roo. :D:D:D

Woo hoo - we got at least one member from the West - here's to one member who should enjoy the longest complimentary flight.

No dice for me here :( oh well, it was worth a shot. I'm still hoping that those who didn't get chosen to go still have their questions considered by the relevant teams at Qantas anyway.

Someone just did the dance of joy ;)

I am not sure whether I am more excited about finally meeting a few AFFers, having lunch at Rockpool or asking the really hard questions that I didn't send Red Roo :p

So, what were the not hard questions you did send?

Does this mean we need drinks that evening before we depart on our respective flights home?

Regardless, it'll be a good day. Looking forward to it and big kudos to Red Roo for arranging the forum for us. Very much looking forward to meeting the QF brass!

Ccongratulations to all those selected. I'll be getting up extra early to see your comments and feedback. :)

Congratulations to the winners, I hope you have as much fun as we had at the Virgin lunch.

How many entries were there? Just curious.

So, what were the not hard questions you did send?

Well I did ask "How do you respond to criticism that the difference between WP and SG is marginal compared to the difference in flying required?"

I personally feel that question is at the crux of a loyalty consideration for QFFers in the 1200 to 3600 (or more realistically 1200 to 2400) SC club. I know it is whiney and self involved but in reality I think most people on this forum when discussing how to minimise cost, maximise benefit and ensure comfort are really saying "Whataboutme?"

A good question - it will be interesting to hear the answer to that.
