Having trouble redeeming gift voucher

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the website.

I go to the voucher link, click redeem, type in my gift voucher code and last name.

Then select flight, but can never progress past that.

This ever happen to you?

Think i am gonna have to call the us qantas number..... :mad:

yea, from brisbane to nrt. I don't get an error message or anything. After i click the find flight icon, i get to step 1, choosing your flight. whatever i choose, ex oz, it just refreshs and doesnt proceed to step 2. In fact, my sister bought a voucher on the same day as i, different card, computer etc, she has the same problem......... sigh
 
I had a problem last Saturday & called QCS. While I must have made a mistake somewhere, the CSO also suggested clicking on Manage My Booking on the home page & then putting the reference code into the box and you can then go ahead and make your bookings. She said that's how she helps customers with problems.
 
Had the same drama last week. I called the platinum line and the guy I spoke to couldn't get it working either. Seems it's an ongoing issue. They were able to book it over the phone (obviously without any extra fees) but it's a pain as any changes need to be made over the phone now (aparently phone bookings can't be changed online). Would be nice to see it fixed.

Thanks m8, that didn't work for me, as i get stuck at the same place still..... the step after clicking find flights...

That is a pain! oh well hope all phone booking fees are waived subsequently as well. might do what you did as this seems to be the only option at present.
