Setting up FF accounts for Mrs V and myself.

The website seems incredibly 'clunky' and unstable. Has anyone had any experience redeeming miles for a trip? Any difficulties?

We expect to be travelling separately. Most of the points are in my name. Is it possible for me to book a flight in my wife's name using my points?

Any info greatly appreciated

Possible - but not worthwhile - it seems
