You can also put it into Passbook via the HHonors app.
I ordered this on the 24th April and sent an email off last night to HH as I want to make some bookings but hadnt heard yet. Got a reply this morning saying that my account had been upgraded to gold. This is nice seeing i didnt have the account and requested the Opt in as a new member.
Just wonder how long it would have taken for them to tell me or to receive notification if i didnt ask.

Just looking at the times. i sent it at 1am and 11minutes later i got a reply. Guess i got lucky with the right person at the desk.
I sent through my VFF number and my opt in date and said i wanted to make reservations but i was waiting for notification of my membership.
Very quick and easy process all in all.

Wonderfully quick response with help from Velocity Frequent Flyer on this forum. Upgraded to Diamond within 2 days and have used my Diamond Status to book a great deal with upgrade and Executive Club access in Abu Dhabi. Looks like I've got 12 months to enjoy the Diamond as I can't see myself being able to keep it if I need 60 nights to re-qualify!
You should have the rest of this year, and all of next year, Diamond will expire end of March 2016
I guess I can't complain as it has only been 3 weeks but I'm miffed I have a whole bunch of travel that won't get the diamond treatment or contribute towards retaining it.
Well that's good news if accurate. The offer and confirmation email stated a "complementary 12 month membership" so I assumed it would be 12 months from the upgrade kicking in.
