I tried finding suitable threads but none seemed to exist.

Can anyone top 70,000 lifetime SC's?

Geez and here I was thinking my 23k odd was a decent number.

I've only got about 18,000 lifetime SC.

Have gotten 2000 (+/-300) SC/year for the last few years.

4220 for me and I still love flying. If I had 85000 I bet I would really hate it

I am only at 6700, almost reaching lifetime Silver, still a long way for me to go to LT Gold.. :(

Am at 26k but clocked up over 1M FF points flying before the status credit system started :-(

570 lifetime status credits. I'm guessing all time low here?

I would be something similar. Only thing that might seem me above that is a work trip to Asia in J a few years ago. Where do you go to find the number?

OMG... That is a helluva lot of flying!
If LTP was set at 50000SCs, you'd automatically qualify and then they can set LTP1 at 100000SCs to give you something to aim for!

I'm assuming there would be a relatively small number of FF's with 100K+ SC's. You would need a critical mass of 100K+ SC's FF's to get QF to look at adding LTP or LTP1.

When did SC as we know them start accruing with QF? How many years has this been running?

Started out with QFF 20 years ago, been to many places with QF.
At the moment am sitting on 2310 QF SC. Aim to earn 260 a year SC to make 7000 in 20 odd years time.
For Eric2011, always the opportunity to fly once a year to NZ, can always build up QF SC over the pond.
Cheapest short range business class opportunities, with good SC earn rates. $950 for me to fly ADL - AKL via Au east coast, one way in subclass of J. ADL - PER earns less QF SC and costs a lot more.
