I think I've used status match as my Hhonors Gold only expired Feb 2023. I've also used the Velocity status match twice before they fixed the glitch about 10 years ago.

pretty sure I’ve had to pay upfront for my fully refundable stays in Asia, or at the least a pre-auth for the entire amount plus more.

Regardless, my LT Diamond pack arrived today! Bose quiet comfort ultimate earbuds and a nice metal membership card!

Some US folk put all their spend on the Hilton cards from 2020-2023 when every eligible transaction counted towards the lifetime base points requirement . Even all of the 14x on the Hilton Aspire for Hilton transactions counted. Now gone.

Same - wrote to chat after seeing message above. 7 years Diamond... about 20 years more HH spend needed Most of my HH status years were gifted/matched, not earned, but they seem to count for LT regardless.

While I haven't even asked, I suspect this is the boat I will be in. I can't imagine I am even halfway on spend or nights.

I might just see. I spent 7 years at Diamond when HH was my main program and always requalified on nights and points as well as stays.
Though I did leave for the way I got treated and they haven't inspired me with their treatment when retaining my measly Silver status.

Not sure I will do it in this lifetime.

Mine is similar. About 1/2 way there on nights, 1/4 way on base points and more than 10 years Diamond....too far away!
