I moved my card over to Qantas points, however the annual card fee kicks in at your anniversary date I believe. Unfortunately for us it's June so we'll be cancelling the card just before.

ref hilton Standard Reward bookings for family update , after last years system upgrade debacle i was finally able to extend the my free hilton weekend night reward voucher to this year so expiry was extended to Nov. THis is the first time using the Macquire free reward certificate. i have a family of 4, wife and 2 young kids. I called the call centre in australia to book a standard room in London park lane for 1 adult and 2 kids. operator said room is a standard rewards room (king size?) and system allowed only for two to be booked for free but made the booking and mentioned in the comments that there will be 2 children staying. So is my next step just to rock up at the hotel front desk with wife in toe and show them my Diamond status number during check in so partner stays free and hope they upgrade the room for free if availability on a Sunday? Or am i best to email the hotel directly and give them the heads up that it will exactly be a family of 4 incase there is any trouble checking in? I want to avoid any extra upgrade fees if possible otherwise perfer that we all stay in the same standard room even if i have to sleep on the couch. with Diamond status wIll the whole family of 4 get free breakfast or just the 2 adults?

Does anyone have Macquarie card with additional cardholders like partner / kids / etc?

I currently use Bankwest for overseas transactions, but all supplementary cards share the same card number, which means, only 1 person could use it for PayPal (PayPal would not allow 1 card number being connected to more than 1 PayPal account), and all transactions from all cards are mixed together on the statement.

Does Macquarie Bank give each card a unique card number, so transactions are separated on the statement, so I could easily see which transaction was made by which cardholder?

As far as i know, only AMEX gives SUPP cardholders a different number.,

Citi does the same. I have 2 extra cards attached to my Citi account, and my PDF statement is divided into 3 sections, 1 section for each cardholder, so you could easily ID which cardholder did what.

IME pretty much everyone except for Westpac and its other trading names(like St George, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA) and CBA and its other trading names (BankWest) are the main issuers who have not yet 'graduated' to giving different card numbers to supps so their spending can be itemised separately. I think they might only offer that feature for corporate cards.

Amex has certainly had it for a very long time in Australia.

I have this card with Mrs 2tall4Y as an additional cardholder, and I and confirm that her card has a different number to my (primary) card, and that transactions for the primary and additional cards are separated on the statement.
