Note there is an FT do at Japan in Easter focusing on cough - April 2-6.

I will be attending that (although I am going via NRT both ways).

As for NRT lounges in relation to a crawl, the place is nothing like Hong Kong.

I think I just discovered my cherry blossom visit Always been on my bucket list.
