You forgot open seating :p

This week on "Three months in whY", JohnK is posed at the starting line, but another pax has strategically placed her bag in front of JohnK. Can JohnK get over this hurdle before the rest of the flight boards? Was the other passenger boarding the flight, or did she do it to help her boyfriend? Will JohnK be forced to do the walk of shame back to 21B, or will he score the coveted 1A? and just as he gets to the top of the stairs, "insert airline here" has a twist for JohnK that no one could have predicted.

You forgot step 20, turn up at airport, find out your originally selected flight has been cancelled for operational reasons, are re-seated on alternate service, the 3am flight you tried to avoid...
... and the plus pack and pre-ordered meals have disappeared off the booking so I hope you brought something to eat.

Surely Episode 1 has to be JohnK's honeymoon flights.
In which case Jessica Tam's post would be one of the most important questions.
But the real question is have you all worn out your honeymoon?I think johnK may think so.;):lol::oops:

I notice JohnK has been suspiciously quiet on this thread today despite being otherwise active.

if I have inadvertently cased offence or upset with my satirical doco/drama/reality/comedy, I unreservedly apologise and await his revenge which will no doubt involve me drinking that poision Riesling.

I suspect JohnK actually flying Jetstar will happen around the same time as "Game of Thrones" having a finale!

While some of the humor in recent posts is quite clever, there are parts that barely skirt the infringement edges of the ToS for this website. The Australian Frequent Flyer - Terms of Service and Rules

The poor dear's...... No doubt they will have sleepless nights for many months to come.

Seriously, go-arounds are very common in the North of England.
I once was flying back to Leeds/Bradford on a Ryanair flight , due to high winds...... The Pilot could not get the Plane Straight for landing & thrusted upwards immediately before touch down.
I can tell you I wasn't traumatised by the experience at all & remember it fondly.
Speaking for myself, i considered it a thrill.

A friend of mine who is a Ryanair pilot has told me the airport's in the North of England are notorious for go-arounds due to high aircraft traffic issues with 3 reasonably sized airports all approx 20 miles from one another, ( Manchester, Liverpool & Leeds) along with the issue at Leeds/Bradford being the airport is located on top of a clear hill which is prone to strong winds sweeping over it.

19. Total for your $9 flight. $581.85

Flying Qantas - priceless.

Good luck with your booking JohnK.

Edit: Changed Terms and Conditions while you weren't looking.
You forgot to add

19a. Golf clubs surcharge $120
20. Total for your $9 flight. $701.15

Yep you guessed it. More expensive than Qantas but you get treated like cough. ;)

I've often thought that JK and JQ would be a match made in heaven!
Having fun at my expense?

No offence. No laptop at the moment which means limited browsing time on AFF.

But I have noticed in some of the other threads more personal attacks recently. Not good.

Love it,

Of course there is always this episode - This week on "Three months in whY" see JohnK turn his £4 fare into a £832 fare after the cabin crew determine his luggage is 0.3 of a kg over. Did JohnK get it wrong, or was the FA just looking for her bonus for the day? We have the exclusive official weights which will shock you...

On tonight's A Current Affair - see JohnK's secret video of the LCC baggage operator's foot on the edge of the scales! See what our experts have to say about the video's authenticity.

And coming up, a sneak peek at next week's episode: JetStar's new online price beat booking chat service - who are you really talking to? We go undercover, and you will be shocked.

What's Game of Thrones?

I suspect this thread has run its course.
