horror experience with emirates

Baffi, I can't see any one of your issues being a problem of Emirates.
Stroller too heavy, that's not their problem
Checking your bags through to Hamburg - not their problem
Lost luggage not their problem

Steward having difficulty fitting bassinet. I See that problem almost every flight, every airline. They're trick blighters to fit unless you are standing right in front of the holes.

If you feel that these are Emirates problems, I'd suggest you change your expectation/understanding or prepare to be continually disappointed. Changing airlines won't address your issues.

Hmmm, maybe i should have been more specific. First of all I was booked on a non stop flight to Hamburg, but because of "delivery problems with the new Airbus" they decided to book me on a flight to Duesseldorf  which is not even close to Hamburg. I never even got told about the bookings change, only when I read that the Airbus had delivery problems, I decided to rang them and to ask what was going on with my flight. I had to explain them that Duesseldorf it not around the corner from Hamburg so they booked me to Munich and from there with the "Deutsche BA" to Hamburg.
I don't think that my expectations were to high, to expect from Emirates to book me on a "existing connection flight". The Plane they booked me on, did not exist according to "BA" and had never existed. I got told, it looked like a "made up" Flight Number. Only because of the good work from BA I was able to reach my final destination. About the Bassinete, how could that be not their problem? What they expect me to do that? I was probably more clueless then them, and I still could do that, after trying. I mean come on, this is clearly their job and they should be properly trained even to do this kind of work. What would have happened if my son would have fallend out , because they can't attach it? I don't even want to think about that....
Plus as I said clearly in my Post, I did not have only bad experience on my Trip. It is easy to excue everything with " it is not their job" to do. OK I see the Point but it is also not anybody's job for example to "smile " in their job, but it's still nice if somebody does :)
