I thought AFL Grand Final was in September?

You're right. Obviously I'm clueless about AFL. It was a match at the g between Sydney Swans and Melb.

Hotel: Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur
Room Booked: Standard King
Room Received: Grand Suite
Comments: Newest hotel in Kuala Lumpur that opened last year. Used my suite voucher to get upgraded. Amazing hotel - included buffet breakfast in main restaurant and the most amazing Executive Lounge with enough food during dinner time that you don't need to go anywhere else. Location is right in the middle of the Golden Triangle Shopping District and 5 minute walk to the Petronas Towers.

Property: Grand Hyatt Amman
Room booked: Grand King
Received: Grand Club King. I took the 1W but there was still a very large whole fruit platter in the room replenished each day. Breakfast in restaurant, welcome note from GM on day three welcoming me back (it was my first stay); however, I'd been to the Dead Sea et al on day two so maybe he was surprised I'd made it back!

Property: Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow
Room booked: Park King
Received: I used a DSU to get a Park Suite King. However, I don't believe that's actually what I got. Going by the photos on the website, there are some significant and noticeable differences to what I received and something I will be following up. In addition, I received a whole fruit platter replenished daily along with a bottle of Chianti (always reminds me of 'Silence of the Lambs'), welcome note from the GM, personal welcome from the director of rooms, personal welcome and escort to my room from the guest relations team leader and personal farewell from the duty manager. Park properties typically do not have lounges so breakfast was available in the restaurant, although it was capped at the cold buffet and one hot dish from the a la carte menu. It was also available as room service, although there was capped at a certain value, something I learnt the hard way on check-out.
