I am looking to book flights to Europe. I have enough points for two return reward seats. Four of us will be flying there and five back.

how do I done booking with the whole family on the ticket given the mixture or reward and paid seats and the one way ticket. It doesn’t look like an on-line option so I imagine I’ll need to call. Can travel agents book reward flights on your behalf?

No travel agents cannot book reward seats on your behalf.

Did you check the points plus pay option where you can book tickets for everyone on the same ticket.
You might have to use more points but it atleast lets you be on same booking

Can you not just book the outbound leg as reward and then a separate cash booking for the way back?
