First stay at this property which is directly connected to the Pavilion mall - mostly housing designer brands, but also a good food court and some 'everyday' brands (Uniqlo etc).
Lead-in category around the $160 mark via Accor Plus which I think is great value for the area and facilities. I ended up booking the highest category non-Club/Suite room which was around $190, and received an upgrade to the lead-in suite. The Club benefits (unsure if these are offered to all Plats, or just those upgraded to Club/Suite rooms) included same-day laundry for 3 pieces of clothing which is a really useful benefit in the KL humidity! Unfortunately this is a per room quota though, would be better if it were per guest.

The room has some interesting amenities including a well stocked stationery tray (pencils, sharpener, erasers, paper clips, etc), a very well stocked bathroom amenities drawer (including multiple bottles of hand luggage friendly mouthwash) and a complimentary incense stick changed out daily. I thought it interesting that the incense burner (and matchbook) were positioned directly under a fire alarm!
The EL was nice and quiet, but had a very limited breakfast selection compared to The Courtyard breakfast venue.

The Courtyard on L8 was huge - probably seating ~200 across both the indoor and outdoor area pictured below. The selection was terrific with a variety of made-to-order stations including eggs, roti, waffles, pancakes, fresh juices, in addition to the usual KL fixtures like nasi lemak, satay, and of course western options. Would recommend going there instead of the lounge.
