Nice hotel, rooms a bit older but very spacious (especially for Japan). Not a huge difference in room received, but nice views. The booking in the app updated approx 24 hours before to show the new room type. Late checkout was handy to utilise!

I booked and paid for 3 rooms each for 3 nights for a work trip to Las Vegas but they would only give me 3 nights on Bonvoy.
i called them and was told No Deal just the three nights for the room I slept in. At least my other two travellers received free internet and it was nice to be away from the casinos seeing we were in Las Vegas to work.

Back in late July 2018 qualified as a Lifetime SPG plat-just before the merger.
August 2018 merger goes ahead.So never received an SPG lifetime card.Until today I had never received a Bonvoy card-occasional a slight problem dining to get points as officially you need the card.But in the mail today my LT Bonvoy plat card.
Those carrier pigeons are getting slower.I blame Climate Change.
