Thought it was Isuzu "design" I have bought heavy equipment made in china with "genuine coughmins" engines in them, even had uk coughmins compliance on them. Shame they were manufactured in china from inferior metals, one required a rebuild at 80000 km because the welsh plugs were rusted, to which coughmins in oz attributed to the engine being " missing from the computer system" for 12 months, and probably laying in the open air in a paddock somewhere. Add to that all the cheap auxiliary bits, ie pulleys tensioners, bearings, seals etc that will fail, they are a bad investment. Typical Chinese cough is made to last a couple of years and be thrown away, it's how there economy survives. The vehicles I bought needed to have a working life of 10 years to be viable, we sold all three in under two years, and replaced with quality German equipment, with quality build, and have had zero issues ( except silly little stuff)
Some of their stuff has a place, but high ticket priced items are not the place for them, in my case 3 x 480k vehicles, one of which spent the first 7 weeks getting cough sorted out in the workshop rather than working decided it for me.
I lost over 40k on each vehicle, but was happy just to get rid of the POS. DAMN SHAME, they looked good bit were pathetic
Bit of food for thought their guys
