We need to remember that how someone "writes" on a forum is of no indication of what they are like IRL. It takes all types to make a forum, and not everyone has a great grasp of written English. What is funny and a small issue to many people, can be indeed important for many others.
Having said that however, no need for the OP to be rude to quite a few posters when they were expressing their opinions and genuine knowledge of Qantas and the QFF program.

I'd just like to reassure everyone that in real life I am just as much a DYKWIA as I am on AFF. Obviously any issues I have with travel are significantly more important than anyone else's issues. (Priority boarding with QF........obviously!!!!!!!)

Good and most relevant question...if nothing else comes of this thread at least the OP has simply alterted people to checking their statements etc rather than just accepting it will automatically happen. in 99.99% of cases I am sure it does and unless people are flying on to another sector straight away etc then I guess slow posting of points and SC has no impact on the vast majority of travellers.
I still think QANTAS is one of the best irrespective of anything that has been said in previous posts and unfortunately...nothing is PERFECT, that's reality
