I am supposed to be QFF Platinum today but QANTAS has changed their system and i didn't receive my points and SC.
By improvement that means better experience to customers but with QANTAS i don't think so. I am not sure i will make my international 18 flights per year the next 12 months on a such company how doesn't care about the service. I am a share holder of QANTAS and that's a real pity to see how their staff consider customers.
I just came back from the QF12 from LAX and i am a fan of this wonderful Cadbury hot chocolate with marshmallow and i have seen the trolley gone thru in the plane and didn't stop at all. The flights attendants are supposed to give us (QFF Gold) an express card to exit and i am still waiting for it.
In the past, once you are in the plane your points were automatically credited on your account (i have checked it many many times). Now even after 24 hours still no points.

Hi OP, I have just got off a PBO - PER - SYD - BNE flight all in J (except PBO - PER) about 5 hours ago. I just checked my QFF and it hasn't been updated on my status credits and points. This is causing me to become butt hurt and wanting to rage at Qantas. Can you help me to best direct my emerging rage and butt hurt-ness in the most efficient way possible so that I might get what I am entitled to as one of their highest and most mighty of frequent flyers.

Surely you wouldn't spend another dollar on such a poorly performing airline who clearly DYKWIA you
I'm guessing you will following the lead of the OP and move all your business to a competing airline and start your quest for status from scratch - that seems to be the preferred course of action

I don't need SQ or EK start from NC i can catch a fly from SYD or AKL. So don't think QF is the only option and open your eyes

Goodness now they are stealing our flies, (surely you can catch a fly in NC rather than fly all the way to SYD or AKL) or is this Fly a zipper type fly like the "whats got 100 teeth and holds back a monster?? My Zipper (that sort of fly)

Not sure where you get the DYKWIA from as they actually DKWIA and treat me accordingly and usually make sure I get my hot chocolate

While to the OP these issues may seem important, in the bigger scheme of things I would think there are more pressing things to be concerned about.

I missed out on Hot Choc last time I flew...though I may have slept through service...

It is a packet mix, which they do one per jug (saw them preping it in the galley once). Alas I don't believe we can purchase it (which is a shame cause it's a great way to break up a flight so would be great for a warm drink before bed!).

You can buy a Cadbury drinking chocolate, tastes pretty good

We need to remember that how someone "writes" on a forum is of no indication of what they are like IRL. It takes all types to make a forum, and not everyone has a great grasp of written English. What is funny and a small issue to many people, can be indeed important for many others.
Having said that however, no need for the OP to be rude to quite a few posters when they were expressing their opinions and genuine knowledge of Qantas and the QFF program.

Neither have I but I suspect it's fattening, so I stick with the Taittinger as my after dinner tipple in F .
