I posted a qualifying stay on Jan 11. But nothing has shown up in accelerate... Should I enquire as to what's going on? How long does it usually take to show up?

I had already sent my second missing points claim into IHG and also received a reply overnight (cant complain about that). I was told to be patient as the bonus points take from 2-3 weeks to post

(the stay from 5th Dec only posted on 4 Jan so my missing points claim was 2 weeks after posting)

I am sorry tolearn about your account discrepancy. As I checked our records, it shows thatthe last stay to count towards the "Stay 3 Nights" offer was justposted last 04 January 2016. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the 6,000 bonus pointsto appear on the account from the time that the stay was posted.

I got two identical replies overnight that my stay had posted on Jan 7. No s***. They dont seem to understand I want my points from two bonus offers. I think the fact my stay didnt post automatically hasnt helped (stay was Dec26).
