For a330j, does VA Lounge do hot food? Thought that they didn't have a server there to cook things up stat, ala the one at HKG QP's (was it J/F) newest lounge, where he or she can fry up things there and then.
I thought that they (The Lounge) only did those mass keep food hot thingos, what they called again, the things you see at buffet serve yourself pots in restaurants.
Keeping back on track of this thread, has anyone ever gotten any success with these VA planned or impromptu meet ups?

Was in the VA BNE lounge earlier tonight. Had a chicken curry dish with rice. Must be a dinner time only thing. Yes AP was in the bain marie keeping hot. I don't think you'll find a chef/cook cooking to order in any Australian domestic lounge. The VS clubhouse in Hong Kong has a menu from which to order food.

VA BNE lounge tomorrow for our flight to HBA via MEL. around 1PM, then the MEL lounge around 530pm, a fat couple, probably wearing high vis electrical company clothing,,,, we wont stick out at all!

MEL lounge, also pretty quiet, great flight down, the only 2 pax in J. Great CSM called Ramone. Suprised there no dinner type meal at the moment here, usual sandwich material.

SYD VAd is much better than ADL VAd.
ADL VAd faces the opposite way to the runways!!! Pity, as I live in this dowager city of ADL, woe is me.
But I will be in the SYD VAd lounge this weekend, longweekend too! Whoopee. Cake, no, not for me, but I do look forward to making my own brew of a mixed fruitty cider! Orange juice, apple juice, and a bottle of Strongbow, and mix away!
