Could the reverse also be true?? And for the record, IMO, Qantas is no where near a 5 star hotel, 3 maybe, but definitely not 5.

No doubt, and I agree it's getting tiring and just a bit suspicious lately - but as noted above, it goes both ways.

WP 1 should have enhancements consisting of the ability to upgrade when possible, Be able to change flights without financial penalty and not loose 5000 points when changing flights.

Ummm... can we please keep it to a few words on what irks you about qantas and not detailed improvements you'd like to see implemented.

I suppose we could open a new thread of what, in a few words, you like about Qantas too....
