Indonesian Visa Discussion (Including Bali)

If anybody is entering Bali in next couple days and could check if APEC Channel or 60s+ Channel are operating would be very much appreciated?

We were speaking to locals at the Fish BBQ last night and they said that tourism generally was better than pre Covid, mostly Aussies and Europeans, but that the Chinese market had not yet returned. And, well, he didn't seem to be upset at that.

Bear in mind the Oldies queue is also the queue for families with young children. There are reports it is now moved to the far left past all the other desks, which is where it was a couple of years ago, and so moved from the APEC which is on the far right (basically as you enter). I saw the APEC and crew sign but not the Oldie sign so might mean it has moved back.

The APEC line was open when we were there but there was about half a dozen passengers in the line and old mate decided it was smoko so just got up and walked away with no replacement covering him. Airport staff moved those remaining passengers to the front of the queue at the next couple of booths.
I didn’t see the 60+ line or any signs for it

I am currently on the VoA site now trying to complete an application but cannot for the life of me get to accept any address I input for DOUBLE-SIX HOTEL SEMINYAK - any suggestions as to format / sequence of input etc?

Have you tried entering just the postcode and then start at the top? From memory that auto filled all the superfluous details.

The address on the website is:

No. 66, Double Six Beach
Seminyak – Bali, Indonesia 80361

Yep tried all that - entering post code does nothing

Edit: Finally got it to accept Post Code and autofill after closing window and stating application again - thanks for assistance 👍

Advice in post 1 was that if you make an 'error' you have to start over from scratch (not keep correcting) - if useful to you :)

I found that once you make any sort of error in the first hotel name / address entry you cannot just correct it - you must start the application over from scratch. Try cutting and pasting the hotel name from your booking confirmation or as @SYD suggest just enter the postcode

Mine arrived within a minute or 2. Note the e-mail has a "DOWNLOAD" button which it instructs you to click to download your visa; however, this does not work (goes to a internet address which timeout) but the visa is a PDF attachment to the e-mail (which I only noticed after trying the DOWNLOAD button)

This form is so frustrating. I finally got it to accept the hotel. When I click 'save' it all is fine. I then get a pop up that says 'invalid email', using my Hotmail address, and it goes back to a blank form again. Anyone had success with a Hotmail email address?

I used my hotmail email address recently and it worked fine
