Infant Booking linked to paid booking on NZ booked via KF

I am about to book 2 adult J seats on NZ Melbourne-Auckland returm using KF points, I then need to add an infant paid fare to the booking who do contact to add the infant booking KF or NZ.

I did the same thing about a month ago but on a paid ticket, call up the call centre and they should be able to add your new person and give you the booking ref etc, or if your a KC or equivilent ring the Air NZ Koru number, I don't see this being a problem for you.

Thanks but has anyone done this with a redemption booking? and who do i call Sinagpore or Air New Zealand?
