**Insert Month here** Coles status credits Late?

I received 30 SCs for December overnight. Strange given 30 is not a multiple of 4. I was expecting 24. 🤷‍♂️

I'm fairly sure they are working with $25 spend instead of $100.

I calculated my spend was $348...so rounded down that would be $325.

I got 13 SCs...so 4 x 3.25.

Received 16 for Dec. I calculated about 8.

Did everyone get the DSC promo? I thought that was only if you had auto pts transfer turned on? Or was that the 4x promo peeps are mentioning?

Everyone got DSC. QSC only if you switched on (or possibly already had) auto-transfer switched on.

From my experience it would appear that the 7-11 points aren’t posting as quickly either. Would normally post the following day, I’m still waiting for a Wednesday top up to appear

My 24 QSCs landed too.

OCD alert: Dec spend was $613.65. That divided by $25 = 24.55 so I was rounded down on that basis.

Alternatively if you use the traditional 1 per $100 x 4 (because of the auto-transfer bonus), then it's 6 x 4 = 24.

Either way, they're in my account (for now!). TBH given the back-and-forth demonstrated in this thread over the Nov and Dec credits, I would rather have taken 1 return flight in Choice for the 31 credits I've received (unless I was right at the edge for re/qualification) than go through this palava again... It used to be set-and-forget...

Overnight I got 40 SC for December. Would be 7 short of keeping gold but I don't have my fourth flight yet. My expiry date is end June so will probably lose some of the SC anyway before then. I do not want my gold now anyway as more important to renew my QF Plat.

Just got my 3! No quadrupling for me, and as with others, it looks like it was calculated by:

1. Dividing the eligible coles spend by $100 and keeping the fraction
2. Multiply the result by 2
3. Round down the output from step 2 to the nearest number.
Wondering how long we should leave it before following up on missing points. Would prefer if they got their act together and fixed it without intervention, but not confident that will happen.

Or simply for those with autotransfer, 1 SC for every $25 spent, for others 1SC for every $50 spent, ignoring any leftovers!

If you had autotransfer on for the whole month and got only double SCs instead of quadruple then they are in error.

The only way I can get to my figures is by removing all gift card spend, rounding down, then multiplying by four ($~260 / 100 * 4) to get 10 SCs.
Looks like even gift cards that get one point per dollar now don't earn SC. Consistent for my and Mrs Excel's account

Yes I seem to remember from the original T&C that gift cards was one of the exclusions.

Anyway I quickly turned off auto transfer and was then offer 300 Velocity points and 300 flybuy points to turn it back on.
