**Insert Month here** Coles status credits Late?

Yeah, I haven't yet received my January 2023 status credits either. With a lot of people having their extensions until end-Feb, this is a critical month!

Quite so. I'm reassessing my schedules so as to be sure I won't be depending on last minute Coles SCs at any stage to get over the line.

I’m still waiting for my Jan 23 SC too. I logged in to my Fly Buys app yesterday and noticed that my Velocity account had been disconnected. My auto redemption was still on though, so I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the delay. Or is the delay a regular occurrence?

I haven't received my Jan status credits either. Seems to be later than usual for processing. Also my VA app on my iPhone decided after November that it can no longer show my activity feed. I have to use the website now to view that. I've flagged it to the twitter team (as an aside to another query) and they said they were going to pass it on to their app team.
Just following up on this one. The team managed to get my Velocity Points through to my account, but the SC are still missing. They have pushed me on to Flybuys to chase up the missing SC there. I couldn't find any useful contact information on their website so I have messaged them on twitter to see if they can figure it out. Seems like they must have had a glitch if so many people are affected. I will update you all when I hear anything further. Hopefully the Flybuys twitter team is as responsive as the VA twitter team.

I wouldn’t hold your breath - that seems standard practice. Velocity send you to FB, who tell you to ask Velocity, etc.
 
I spoke to Flybuys last Friday querying my missing SC and they said speak to Velocity which I never got around to but this evening they suddenly appeared, a couple of months worth which was a nice surprise.
 
I've just received 40 (!!) status credits for January. Anyone know whether Velocity/Flybuys will eventually take back the 30 SC's that seem to have been given to me in error, or will they be mine to keep and cherish forever?
 
Nothing for me yet.
Considering it's three weeks after the end of the month I'll happily take 40 SC's 😜
 
33 here - so 4x still in force!! A couple more months of this and they will qualify me for Plat!!

Came on here to post exactly the same thing! Just received 40 status credits and hoping they don’t take 30 back.
