SYD J Lounge... T2 QP.....Eastern European (?) lady behind the bar/food counter, very efficient, runs the place gulag style. In 4 years of Friday afternoon drinking - I think she smiled half & dozen times.

Domenico. He's damn good. I always have a chat with him. He used to work 2 jobs, mornings at one of the hotels in Sydney. Then he'd do the J lounge in the afternoon/night. I've only ever seen him waiting for the island dining. He makes his own wine, has a brother and family back in Italy and he's just really friendly. He loves to find out were everyone is from, he also points out the celebrities for me.
