If you still have the boarding pass from the flight email it in to the frequent flyer email address and it should be credited fairly quickly.

Generally speaking, allow for about 2 weeks max for them to do the trick. Sometimes, it can happen within days. However, it's another story when the WP pack will arrive, as this will also usually take weeks.
