JetStar has lost my business!!

Where can one find Malaysian business class for Jetstar prices? On the Malaysian website, all the business class flights for me ADL to KL or to SIN are well over $4k. Even with price rises, JQ are still in the mid $2k range.

They have a sale on at the moment. ADL to SIN from $2,400. Just did a search for the end of July and came up with a fare of $2393.11.

A search on the same dates on Jetstar came up with $2,355.64 (Max) or $1,535.64 (without bundle).

Like others here I've now a foot in both camps, had enough, so joined KrisFlyer, see how that pans put over the year or so, at least I shouldn't get these ridiculous changes.
You'll find that the deep discount Y fares on SQ earn you zero points, and you'll need double points if you want to redeem a J ticket on A388/A345/77W aircrafts (although this is rumoured to change).

In our private life we'll sometimes use a selection of LCC.

We've migrated to J *C as the extra space was nice plus the QF SCs were a real bonus. So we saw it as a 'package' when we did the price reviews. We'd even reached the point of not actually checking other carriers e.g J* & QF became our default.

But for us now, the price delta just seems a little more than we'd like to pay vs product offering.

So we're now happy to either default to BFOD for our private travels or actively search other carriers for 'economical' J fares. The Mrs & I agree that *C is now a little excessive in price for what it is.

Would you mind elaborating on the rumoured changes?

New SQ CEO and l think he has made some changes already (for the better).

It's only rumours so far (from what I know of), and unfortunately I don't have any details. We shall know in due course if this is true or not.
