Don't worry - the 'skyrider' seats are pretty much fantasy I think.

There’s always the possibility of future aircraft designed for an LCC that include these seats from the get-go, but I’d imagine we’re many years away from that happening

Short term, maybe you’d be looking at China doing such a thing with their aircraft, but they probably wouldn’t receive certification to fly many other places
