Yeah this would be handy. I'm finalising my plans now (going to the AFL rather than the F Lounge run).

We will be staying at the HOTP.

I'm in the HSW on Thursday night, HoTP Friday and back to HSW Saturday (prices dictated, rather than a mattress run - not that I am complaining).

I'll be chatting to markis10 tonight, so will try and get him to address the agenda and costs. Don't even know who is actually coming, so a member list would be good

Now that I have a breather from work, can everyone please post their status and flights for Saturday so we can coordinate the guesting.

The DC3 is looking unlikely as we have lost the numbers to make it viable, will see what I can do.

Sundays schedule should be finalised by the end of the week so we can organise transport, it could be time for the markis10 bus again, just no markis10jr this time for the IFE.

I have booked the below on Saturday;

SYD-MEL JQ35 (trying to work on a way to get a BP with the orange sticker to join you as early as possible;-) )
MEL-SYD QF462

if the DC3 flight doesn't go ahead I might change that one to QF458

The DC-3 flight would be great if we can make it work. How many people do we have / need?

As previously posted the DC-3 flight will probably affect whether I go on the First Lounge run or not. At one stage I was planning to be in SYD on Friday, but this is now not possible due to a work function on Friday in Melbourne, which will run well into the evening (e.g. not keen on waking up too early).

So I guess I have three options to play with for Saturday:
(1) JQ36 / JQ35 (probably only if there is no DC-3 flight)
(2) Later flight to SYD / JQ35 (if there is a DC-3 flight).
(3) Just DC-3 flight

Yes the Sunday activities are not dependant on yield, with the DC3 we need 28!
