We fluked an upgrade of aircraft from Singapore to London (and back) and so our trip changed to an SQ A380 Suites class from First on the 777.
Now that we are back in Australia we looked up the price to go SQ Suites each way and we were surprised that it is only about $5,000 Australian dollars each way per person off the SQ website.
When you consider the comfort and privacy and wow factor I would suggest this should be on more peoples Bucket List.
There are 10 Suites I think and on the way over there were three on board and on the way back it was just the two of us.
We were allowed to use two suites each for the 13 hour flight....one for dining and watching movies and the other was made up for sleeping.
Let me assure you we felt like we had rented the Suites section of the A380 for a bit over half a day and the experience would have been hard to beat.
Mrscove was really impressed too and she doesn't do the caviar, champagne nor the French red wines.
Put this on your Bucket List!

I will get my sister in law and niece to test it in early October as the same thing has occurred with their booking which used some of Mrscove's kris points.
Mrscove says she is happy to pay for Suites after just 2 rides so she is pretty stoked with the special treatment and she has done quite a bit of pointy end travel with QF,BA,AA and SQ.

Lucky ducks!! ;)

Keith009 and a few others here have also flown SQ F 388 and I am totally awed by their whole experience and photos!

Yes SQ F 388 is indeed on my bucket list ........ hope it gets ticked off very shortly though.

Thanks for sharing cove. Yep on the Bucket List and yep you got my green eyed monster flaring up again!!! :p

Very jealous!! My uncle flies SQ suites every once in a while (PPS++). He still raves about it every time i see him!!
