Interesting one that I haven't seen posted anywhere.

Europcar promotion said:
From 1 June to 31 July 2015, earn quadruple KrisFlyer miles (2,000 miles) when you rent with Europcar in Australia, Malaysia, or Singapore.

Doesn't appear to be any restrictions other than booking via

partner.europcar.com/krisflyer/

and quoting the promotion code ‘50824901’ as well as your PPS Club/KrisFlyer membership number when you make a reservation.

A few good offers on car rental at the moment.

Hertz Car Rental

From 1 June to 30 September 2015, enjoy up to 2,000 KrisFlyer miles and
10% off when you book and pick up a car at participating HERTZ locations
in USA, Canada, Europe*, Australia, New Zealand or Asia^.

If you are residing in Singapore, you can also receive an additional 200
KrisFlyer miles and a chance to win 50,000 KrisFlyer miles (enough to
redeem a return Economy Class ticket to Australia) when you book online
at www.hertz.com/krisflyer.

The one that interests me is the 1 day rental for 1,000 KrisFlyer miles. The rate I have seen for Brisbane in September is ~$47 which is cheaper than the Amex Platinum rate. If you value KrisFlyer miles at ~$15-$20 then it is a very cheap rental.

I am not sure the value is there anymore in crediting miles to airline partners.

With quadruple earn for KF, that's 4 KF miles per USD. The alternative is 5 HH points per USD. I value 4 KF miles > 5 HH points.

If a regular traveller to NZ, at the moment triple airpoints promo provides $3 Airpoints dollars per 25 USD (or 12c per USD .. which is a reasonable return as well).

Interesting promotion with kaligo.com

KrisFlyer News said:
