Looks like I got lucky, QF6 has been swapped for the new A330 config.

That would be extremely lucky, as QF6 generally only gets the new config when there's an operational issue.

Depends on when we wake up.

The star attraction would be the restaurant section in the F lounge in the satellite, so expect a reasonably long stay there for breakfast. In terms of the actual lounge itself, I don't think it's that likable, to be honest.

The KUL lounges are OK. Functional but not that great. The challenge is going to be getting to airport early enough for 9:20am flight.

SIN will be just as messy getting there before you guys. I am thinking Skyview at 2:00pm-2:30pm or a little later. Then Qantas until ~3:30pm and then head over to T2 for MH flight.

I just wish MH didn't stuff us around that much.

Now, I'm not going to be able to join you folks due to plans in Singapore up until fairly close to when I'd fly out, but I am certainly getting a little nervous about my award upgrade odds for QF82 on Sunday with all this AFF PCV around the joint!

EDIT: Scratch that concern... upgrade confirmed at T-60!

I used the bus for the first time today. Considering I landed at 0830 I was in no rush to get to my hotel.

This is now my preferred transport. RM10 well spent; thanks Awesom Andy.

There has been very low interest in the dinner at Jalan Alor, so I'm not sure if it will happen (only 1.5 confirmation so far). I think it will operate on the basis of whether anyone is interested at that point in time, and if it does happen, expect a small party.

MH flights from KUL to SIN are getting hideously expensive...

I will also have roaming data available so will naturally act as one of the contact points for the weekend.

I landed late last night and am staying at DT. I'm up for dinner either tonight or tomorrow or both. I was thinking of Mei Keng Fatt in Ampang or Fatty Crabs for Singapore chilli crab one night but happy to go with the flow. Flight appears to have been delayed a further hour tonight meaning we get in at 1:00am. A +60 number called earlier but I not answer as I am roaming. Heading off to BKK airport soon.
