KUL-SIN lounge crawl 9 June 2019

Am now seated on our plane headed for SIN. Four lounges visited at KLIA.

Yes and I'm now getting better with infants too.

Managed to sneak into EK lounge until 3:15pm. Last steak sandwich and lamb chop just me. Reopening at 5:40pm which could be too late for QF2.

We're now in the BA lounge having visited the Concorde room.

The advance party have (mostly) got to the BA lounge. We managed a quick tour of the CCR on the way past, too.

We'll warn the staff of incoming attendees. Walk towards the rear, there is an area we've taken over.

The code should have been 0106.......and that tour would have been all of ten seconds!! Did they turn the lights on?

I'm there tomorrow so will complain about letting the riffraff into the "magical room".

If anyone is still around in the MEL Domestic J at around 7:30/8:00 AM tomorrow morning I'd be delighted to catch up. (I know some of you are doing the arrivals access thing.)

Well I have a CCR card but that doesn’t work in SIN. And yes the lights were already on!

I will be in the MEL lounge from about 6.30am until 11-ish.

That was a relatively recent thing sadly. The closing of the recent loophole that allowed TPs to be earned at the upgraded rate means I will be slumming it in J for a few trips. So no CCR access in SIN for me either after tomorrow. As you will have seen though it is not a great lounge.

How can a flight be on Final Call in SIN at 6:49pm when boarding commences 6:45pm and flight due to depart 7:30pm.

I've heard quite a few people walking past saying "Last Call, hurry up".
