No chance of that happening, Boeing looked at it years ago and predicted it would be the commercial failure that the A380 is shaping up to be.
Although they did stretch the upper deck as an add on for the B742 and as a standard feature of the B743 \ B744 and B748 pax versions, so there is some merit in a larger upper deck.
I do believe the only reason why there is an upper deck full stop on the B747 is because they wanted to design a place where military vehicles could drive on \ off easily, and the easiest way to do that was by having a nose which opened, and there was difficulties in making the whole coughpit swing out with it as every system would need to be re-calibrated each time the nose was opened.
