Hi Everyone.
Just wondering anyone has tested this member benefit?
I am looking to book a room in Novotel Queenstown but their website (Accor) says some of the days I want are not available and does not allow me to book.
Any suggestions?

The room guarantee is not applicable to the Novotel. You need to use the Sofitel or Pullman, and I don't know if it can be done online..

I stayed at the Pullman in AKL earlier this month, and had requested an upgrade online. I reminded them at checkin and received a king suite with lounge access (and a drinks voucher). I don't know if the checkin reminder made any difference; I was just making sure.

Read the Accor Plat T&C carefully, as oz_mark said, there are limits on which hotels upgrade.
