Remember that the gathering is at a busy time for the lounge and that any poor behaviour within the lounge will reflect directly on LiamR as the event organiser and on AFF. It is also important that the AFF group should not disrupt any real customers on the day.

Seriously though its a good point you (and LiamR) make. Groups, no matter how quiet and respectable they start out, inevitably get loud after a few go down the hatch (witness a certain hotel exec lounge before Xmas ) so we do need to be mindful of this. Even after a few! :shock:
