When I claimed mine back they just looked at how much I paid, time left on it (it was a 4 year membership) and pro rated it. definitely no CPII’ve got some residual QP membership from ages ago. Is there an unpublished request that can be made? How long does the refund take? Do they really look back 10+ years to see how much you paid and the calculate CPI etc to determine residual value?
I just sent an email to QF FF centre and asked them to pass onto the relevant area.
