Oh I did have a tragedy befallen upon me pre dep from FRA - day before dep my trusty old $25 fake Tumi roller bag that I bought in Beijing like 7 or 8 years ago decided time to die - handle locked down and refuses erection so I have had to carry the focker everywhere - hotel outside FRA to check in - checkin to lounge - lounge to gate B46 - from gate B3 in SIN to Lounge - lucky I found a trolley to get it from Lounge to B8 dep gate - and it is heavy as shyte:


Now staggeringly there are no luggage shops currently operating in either FRA or SIN - not that I was going to buy a replacement anyway - I have another 2 brand new identical to this at home - again both cost $25 - and those of you who know me know I am pretty tight with a $ - like I would cut a three pence in half if I thought I could

Why all the beef? I did tell you i am from the meat industry and did own and operate an export abattoir didn’t I? None of these Nancy-boy chooken or fish or noodle dishes that Tommy and Penegal love for me - red meat or bust

Dessert was choice between sticky date pudding with caramel sauce or vanilla ice cream with chocolate shavings:

Verdict? Cold stodgy sticky date pudding - meh! Vanilla ice cream with chocolate shavings - slurp

What seat did you select on this flight? I'll be in 217 in approx 3 weeks time and managed 19A.

Couldn't get R11 on the MEL-SIN this Saturday, even at 4 days pre-dep. Given your verdict though, R19 seems to be the winner on the 350?

On SIN - SYD which is regional A350 (?) I have row 15.
May switch to 19 K if that’s the best foot space - It’s the bassinet seat by the looks.
But a bit close to the loos?

Thanks, the galley’s a bit closer. It is a wheelchair accessible seat, and a bassinet. What’s the chances of being moved…

Dunno, but if you don't preallocate these seats when able to to do so what are the chances of getting them later?

The non bulkhead seats are much of a muchness.

I've got 19K based on @Cruiser Elite recommendation in June - might try to scope row 11 if still available, just 'cause.

On 350 Reg row 11 is just in front of the galley which gets very noisy during staff brakes. Last time sitting there I had to move as couldn’t sleep with their constant yapping. Row 19 is far better with the only disadvantage of having Y pax passing by during boarding. Also worth to note that both 11 and 19 bulkhead single seats are staggered closer to the aisle. Honeymoon seats in the middle are good for privacy.

On 350 Int the galley is in the middle between main and mini J cabins which makes row 11 the best choice on that config.

Well purple as well but they don't do as much work

Sadly we will never see the A380 back in MEL, later this year is back to 4 x Daily 777W's so at least we get F back and the regional A350's are a disgrace
