cheers gogo

Call Jetstar with your details in the worst case...

You may also want to join "My Jetstar" so you can simply log in and retrieve your booking details going forward (unfortunately you've just missed a competition recently where you can win a trip for 2 to Hawaii by signing up).

Cant remember if I signed up when I booked.. I think I'll try all my password combinations and see if I did sign up or not..

There's a "Forgot your password?" option... Good luck!

By the way, did you pay using a credit card? If so, wondering if the booking reference will appear on the statement. But it's quickest to call.

Yep paid on cc.. Nab iPhone app doesn't let me look far enough back.. Will have a look at that as well once back on a computer..

I don't think calling jq will be the quickest option.... ;)

Does you internet service provider or email service hold the emails ?
I have my set my ISP to only delete emails after 180 days. However from time to time I do go to the ISP web mail and manually delete some emails

Emails are with apples icloud... I don't recall deleting any emails since booking.... So hoping its just a miscommunication between iPhone and the cloud...

I believe the JQ reservations system (Flightspeed?) has the abilty to search for bookings by entering the credit card that paid for the bookings.

You could either call JQ res or if you are going to the airport you could go & see the JQ Setvice Desk & ask if they can do a search.

It's probably a good idea to get the www.tripit.com app which keeps a record of your pnrs.

The www.awardwallet.com site can keep track of all your frequent traveller memberships & pnrs so another handy form of backup.
