Work has sneaked in a few days in MEL, and the preferred carrier is Qantas, so adding this one in;

22/4, QF670, ADL, QP, 05:00, 2,
24/4, QF693, MEL, DOM J Lounge, 15:00, 2.

3 more flights booked with VA today for May.

Absolutely, I've guested several people into various OW F Lounges over the last couple of years thanks to this forum. I also post on BA97 and have met the odd person there too.

Maybe you need to fly more often! ;-)

I must say, even though there are a large number of people on this forum flying to all parts of the world it's not very often (in my experience) that the people are in the same place at the same time.

Having said that, I'll be meeting an established member for the first time in SYD this week in the J lounge, so it does happen! ;-)

Sure enough, decided to change flight to AM flight (plus got to use 1 of my VA Plat upgrades), so changed details below:

Hmmm, wrong end of the Terminal, but I'll try and get there early, check in my luggage @ VA and run up to QP once through Security.

Thanks to cyclone Ita I have now changed flights. I also forgot that the QP in T2 has shut and am now looking for 2 guest spots into the VA lounge.

Can you visit the Qantas Lounge in T3? It is only a 5-10 minute walk.

I could, but it's not worth the hassle. 10mins to clear T3 and T2 securities 10-15mins to walk (my mother walks slow) leaves 5-10mins in the lounge as I like to start boarding when it starts. It is JQ and overhead space is precious.
