What does "One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member on the same flight." mean with regards to a lounge?

Do they have to be related? on same booking? sitting together? or just some random person on the same flight?

I am pretty sure I know, but want to be sure before I post something here and look silly

A random person on the same flight is fine. They have no way of knowing that you don't know them.
