Lufthansa status match for Flying Blue customers!

My flights (AMS-HAM-AMS, 9/10 June) posted after a few days, and I've just checked my status on miles-and-more.com, and I'm now Senator until 28/02/2013. Now to see how long it takes for my card to arrive.

Thanks for the update! Both my flights have posted now and I flew 11/12 June - so hopefully will get the status change in a few days!

I've done 2 flights, but when I log on to check my status, I get the following message:

"As a new member, please bear in mind that you will only be able to use our online services - checking your current mileage balance, booking flight awards and so on - once you have been issued with your personal PIN.

Your five-digit PIN will be sent to you automatically by post, together with your regular plastic Miles & More card, as soon as your first mile, that you earned with one of our Miles & More airline partner, has been credited to your mileage account.

We hope you enjoy earning and spending your miles!"

Give the australian number a call - they will give you your actual miles & more account number, instead of the temp one you are using now, and they will then email you your pin

Thanks, gave that a go. My flights have credited but status match hasn't come through yet. They said that will probably be handled in Germany. They gave me a new card number (still just as long!) and apparently the card number changes again when you become Senator...

Not to sure if this has been mentioned yet, but according to some threads on Flyertalk, they process the status matches every Thursday - so If your status matches haven't been processed yet, check back on Thursday and see if it has been updated
