Just over 6 months since I cancelled this card. Got back on today. $99 for 40,000 QFF points is just too hard to say no to.
Not fully approved yet. They must love you.
They're only humanThey must love you.
5 days later and I haven't heard anything at all from Macquarie other than the original 'Good news, you’re conditionally approved.'Just over 6 months since I cancelled this card. Got back on today. $99 for 40,000 QFF points is just too hard to say no to.

No.Probably dagging around at Macquarie, should be OK but out of curiosity, given you go through a lot of cards, do you actually have one you keep no matter what for continuity (direct debits etc) and what is it?

For anyone who has this card, how quickly do transactions show up in your online banking account/mobile app? Is it instant like NAB credit card or slow like ANZ? Thanks
Also agree. Mine is instant on both my ANZ QFF & ANZ Rewards Travel Adventures.YMMV but in my experience ANZ is essentially instant on the app (Black FF fwiw)

Only advantage with Macquarie is you get a push notification to your mobile device for each transaction made. ANZ don't do this with their app.
I've got an iPhone. My AMEX does the exact same thing, reports on all transactions through Apple Wallet. My ANZ cards + Macquarie don't do this - only reports on ones used with Apple Pay.If you add your card to Google Pay, and the card supports it, Google Pay will report all transactions, not just those initiated by Google Pay.
This works for all my Amex cards but not my HSBC card.
