Anyone else still having zero contact after several weeks of applying? Wife got a call about a week after signing up (they thought they were calling her HR dept), but since then, nothing. No card, no call, no letters...?

I applied a fortnight ago or so. No contact from them, no contact from me. Still waiting...

That's normal for them.

Got the card in the mail without any contact from anyone!

They did contact my accountant though.
 
Got the call for payslip today.
Took photos and sent via email.
Followup call and informed may need to be PDF for them to open?
They will let me know.
Received Reference number.
Final stages of review.
Hurry up :/

Yep seems I spoke too soon. Card arrived today. "Founding member" too!

I took one for the team and bought a $10 Coles gift voucher today. Will report if I get bonus points. Interestingly it took me from under $30 to over but I didn't get the petrol voucher.

Seems I got the bonus points for my $10 gift card.
 
Approved yesterday...card taking up to 5 days to sent out.
Annual Fee Wavered first year.

Will be required to activate and nominate QFF program to send points(thats free right?)

sigh, tried to log into my jetstar card now that i have this one, error cant log in. log in on the macquarie site, no accounts showing. call card services, "we've never seen this before. try again in an hour or two".

They are telling you Rubbish. they have seen it. The same happened to me. What you need to get them to do is give you a different access code for different cards. Their system allocates you the same number then can't use it.

Tell them that it has happened to other customers and their IT area knows about it.

theres some irony in it as i used to work in IT at macquarie. not this business unit though.
 
Just to confirm QFF is best option not MR points?
If you select MR do you still get the bonus 25K QFF points?

How long will it take to get in the post when approved Thursday last week?
Can I expect it today(Monday) or tomorrow?

No PIN number in mail either?
Still cannot get logon to website, they say 3 days will be fixed?

Since when does an issuance letter mention hurdles for a promo? I've never seen it...
